Corporate Sustainability Committee
ARTERY Technology is committed to fulfilling corporate social responsibility by prioritizing the rights and interests of stakeholders. While pursuing sustainable operations and profitability, we place great importance on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts and continuously enhance our sustainability performance. To further this commitment, the Corporate Sustainability Committee was established in 2022 to formulate corporate sustainability strategies and vision, with the goals of strengthening corporate governance, protecting the environment, and fulfilling social responsibilities. The committee is chaired by the General Manager, with corporate sustainable development as its highest guiding principle. Through regular meetings, the committee reviews the progress of sustainability initiatives and reports annual execution results to the Board of Directors.
Under the Corporate Sustainability Committee, four dedicated working groups have been established: Corporate Governance Group, R&D Innovation Group, Partner Synergy Group, and Social Responsibility Group. These groups are responsible for driving and managing CSR-related initiatives. Each group consists of members from relevant functional units, with senior executives at the division level (or above) appointed as team leaders. Additionally, a Secretary-General has been designated to coordinate the efforts of the working groups and oversee key sustainability topics.

Responsible for improving and implementing internal control systems, adhering to integrity, providing customer-oriented services, and ensuring transparency in information disclosure and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Under this group, the Integrity Management Team is tasked with promoting a culture of integrity and ensuring adherence to ethical principles. |

| Partner Synergy Group | Enhances customer service and quality-related operations, improving service quality and customer satisfaction while safeguarding customer rights and business confidentiality. Responsible for developing a sustainable supply chain and establishing long-term partnerships with suppliers in terms of quality capabilities, cost leadership, delivery and supply capabilities, service team capabilities, and sustainability. |
| Social Responsibility Group | Promotes company-wide initiatives related to environmental protection, occupational safety, energy conservation, water conservation, and greenhouse gas management. Works with supply chain partners to establish a green supply chain and foster a sustainable industrial environment. Responsible for employee welfare planning, providing a diverse and inclusive workplace, protecting fundamental labor rights, and offering necessary education and training. Facilitates corporate social engagement by focusing on "education," "environmental protection," and "support for underprivileged groups," actively promoting and developing public welfare initiatives such as technological research collaboration, campus education programs, environmental protection, and assistance for disadvantaged communities. |

Our Sustainability Policy and Commitment is involved in the fields of economy, environment and society. Through integrated resource planning, we have built long-term partnerships with customers, suppliers and social communities, fulfilling corporate responsibilities and maintaining safety, health and environmental conservation. In addition, we have set up our corporate governance rule in light of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) to provide guarantee in the human rights, worker benefits, workplace safety, and anti-corruption.

Auditing office and quality unit are responsible for conducting internal audit and management review in accordance with the annual audit plan approved by the board. - Corrective Measures
Internal work procedures are well planned in advanced and standardized to help us achieve business goals. In regular operations, necessary measures are also put in place to cope with any abnormality or unexpected circumstances, finding out the root cause, and preventing similar recurrence. - Supplier Social Responsibility Requirements
From the perspective of effective management of suppliers, we have built related regulations to urge suppliers to fulfill CSR in order to provide better and sustainable service in quality, price, lead time and customer satisfaction.
