Diverse Product Portfolio Driving Industry Upgrades and Smart Development
With continuous technological advancements, the market demand for diversified MCU products is rapidly increasing. ARTERY keeps pace with market trends, actively adapting to changes, and consistently developing high-performance MCUs that meet evolving performance requirements and application scenarios. At the exhibition, several recently launched AT32 series MCUs were showcased.
The AT32F402/F405 Mainstream MCUs feature independent HS USB OTG (with built-in PHY, F405 only) and FS USB OTG, addressing the demands of gaming peripherals, industrial automation, USB devices, IoT, and consumer electronics for high-speed USB and advanced computational performance.
The AT32L021 Low-Power Series MCUs come with a compact 3x3mm footprint, achieving 9uA current in Deep Sleep mode and 1.2uA in Standby mode, with wake-up times under 17µs, effectively extending battery life—ideal for portable devices and IoT applications.
In response to the stringent requirements of the automotive electronics market, ARTERY introduced AEC-Q100 certified automotive-grade MCUs: AT32A403A and AT32A423. These MCUs ensure stable operation in complex environments, providing robust support for the safety and reliability of automotive electronic systems.
In line with future market expansion, ARTERY continues to invest in R&D, aiming to release more innovative and competitive MCUs. At this event, two new products were previewed:
- AT32M412/M416 Motor-Specific MCUs: Designed for home appliances, industrial equipment, and inverters, these MCUs integrate 2 comparators (CMP) and 4 operational amplifiers (OP) with PGA mode support, offering users a more precise and efficient motor control experience.
- AT32F455/F456/F457 Mainstream MCUs: Featuring CAN-FD interfaces (F456 only), USB OTG, and 144-pin large-package options, these MCUs cater to a wide range of applications, including robot vacuums, charging stations, DTUs, HMI panels, PLCs, security systems, digital intercoms, motor control, in-car entertainment systems, and gateways, meeting the demand for high-performance, multi-functional MCUs.
Through continuous technological innovation, ARTERY drives MCU technology development and expands its application domains, fostering industry upgrades and the progression toward smarter systems.
Application Solutions Showcase
At the exhibition, ARTERY presented various application products, offering users a more convenient, comfortable, and smart living experience. These included: Automotive Smart Seats, Vehicle Positioning Alarms, Ambient Light Controllers for Cars, Climbing Car ESCs, Encoders, Washing Machines, Gaming Keyboards and Mice, and Digital Intercoms.
8K High-Speed Keyboards and Mice
Utilizing the AT32F405 High-Speed USB Microcontroller, these devices integrate independent FS and HS USB OTG with a built-in high-speed USB PHY, significantly improving the response speed and accuracy of gaming peripherals. With a minimal package size of 4x4mm, they also meet the compact size requirements of wireless USB dongles. The devices support wired or wireless high report rates, achieving up to 8K report rates, and can enable triple-mode connectivity (USB + BLE + 2.4G) via external RF modules.
Climbing Car ESC (Electronic Speed Controller)
Powered by the AT32F421 Value-Line MCU, this application features high PWM frequency and high PWM resolution. It provides intelligent torque output with excellent low-speed linearity and high torque, meeting the demands for both low-speed climbing and aggressive starts. It excels in toy car competitions with superior performance.
Automotive Smart Seats
Incorporating the automotive-grade AT32A403A series chips, certified by AEC-Q100, these smart seats adapt to passenger body types and posture changes by sensing pressure distribution and adjusting accordingly. The four-way pressure-sensitive headrest can automatically detect the head position of the occupant and adjust the headrest height for optimal comfort.
